Steps

  1. 1

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a loaf pan or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. 2

In a large bowl, gently combine ground turkey, chopped spinach, breadcrumbs, egg, diced onion, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.

  3. 3

Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in the prepared loaf pan or on the baking sheet.

  4. 4

In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce for the glaze.

  5. 5

Spread about half of the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.

  6. 6

Bake for 50 minutes. Remove from oven, spread the remaining glaze over the meatloaf, and return to the oven for another 10-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

  7. 7

Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
